Описание:Физика белка простирается от классификации и принципов устройства белков (мембранных, фибриллярных и, в особенности, водорастворимых глобулярных белков) — до принципов их работы, устройства их активных центров; от элементарных взаимодействий в белках и вокруг них — до структурных переходов в белках, полипептидах и синтетических полимерах. Этот курс лекций читался студентам МФТИ, а затем, в Учебном Центре Института белка РАН, — студентам и аспирантам Пущинского университета и Пущинского филиала МГУ. В настоящее время он, кроме того, читается студентам биологического факультета и факультета биоинженерии и биоинформатики МГУ. Отдельные главы этого курса читались также на множестве отечественных и международных научных школ. Книга предназначена для широкого круга студентов (бакалавриат, магистратура), аспирантов и научных сотрудников — биологов, медиков, биохимиков, биофизиков, — а также для всех, кто работает с белками или просто размышляет о них.
